Welcome to the Robin Smith, tell it like it is Life/Death insurance agency. I was screwed over in the early 90's by Prudential in a class action lawsuit, I got licensed and from that time on I've educated myself about insurance. That was 30 years ago. I've worked for the largest companies from time to time and I've realized one thing is still evident customers have no idea what they have, when I worked with Auto and Homeowners, over 75% of the people I spoke with had no idea what their auto coverage really meant in real life if they were in an accident other than a fender-bender all they would say to me is I HAVE (FULL COVERAGE) well guess what that means absolutely not a damn thing! Because you can have really crappie full coverage, even with the top companies. I don't practice property and casualty insurance anymore that's CARS and HOUSES the industry can't even say that in plain English. lol However I will dedicate a section to things you need to know about, and I will have a guide so you can look at your current car insurance and know what you have and then you can call your agent with questions and maybe changes you didn't know you needed, maybe you'll believe me because I'm not making any money from the information , I just think if you know better you'll do better. At least that's what my elders used to say. Well now I'm the elder and I'm telling people especially the underserved populations EDUCATE yourself about Insurance basics. How do you think wealthy people get at stay that way, though using tools that the average working people are never even presented. In 2008 when the banks were being bailed out Insurance companies were still rolling. Even if you are on public assistance, you can protect yourself and children with policies that are cheap because you're young and healthy, insurance companies don't care if you're stupid you just have to qualify for the product. lol My goal is to teach people about how insurance is one of the only ways too generational wealth that it along with owning property and having your own business is the only way.
